Each student will benefit from diversity that enriches the learning and teaching environment. 9. Each student's behavior will be appropriate if the student is motivated to learn; motivation comes form school, from home, and from within the student. 10. Each student is a valued individual with unique physical, social, emotional, and intellectual needs; acceptance of individual differences promotes success. 11.
