New Student Registration

New student registration is scheduled for July 29th from 9:00am until noon. Students entering school must present:

a certified copy of a birth certificate,
an immunization record,
a report card from the previous school for scheduling purposes,
a statement from the previous school that withdrawal has been completed in good standing, e.g., the student owes no fines or fees.

Students must reside in the school district established for Clearwood Junior High. If a student is transferring from another school in St. Tammany Parish, he/she must obtain a letter of assignment from the School Board Annex Office, 980 Ninth Street, Slidell, Louisiana 70458, before he can be registered at Clearwood Junior High School.
